Refund Policy
Effective date: May 1, 2026
CalcHub is a subscription-based SaaS service. Paid plans are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as the Merchant of Record. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your first paid subscription to CalcHub, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, no questions asked. The 14-day window starts on the date of the first successful charge and applies once per customer.
2. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them. We do not automatically refund renewal charges. We strongly recommend cancelling your subscription before the next renewal date if you no longer wish to be billed — you can do this at any time from Dashboard → Billing. After cancellation, paid features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for.
We may, at our discretion, issue partial refunds on renewal charges if you contact us within 7 days of the renewal and you have not used the Service materially during that period (for example, no new calculators created, no new submissions received).
3. How to request a refund
Email admincalchub@gmail.com from the address linked to your CalcHub account with the subject line “Refund request”. Include:
- The email address on your CalcHub account.
- The Paddle order or invoice number (you will find this in the receipt email).
- A short reason for the refund (helps us improve, but is not required for first-purchase refunds within 14 days).
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
4. When refunds are not available
- Charges older than 14 days for first-purchase refunds, unless required by mandatory consumer-protection law in your country.
- Renewal charges that you did not cancel before the renewal date and where the Service has been actively used during the new period.
- Accounts terminated by us for breach of the Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use rules.
- Abuse of this policy (for example, repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles).
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the statutory rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory law in your country (for example, the EU 14-day cooling-off right for distance-sold digital services). If your statutory rights give you a longer or broader right to a refund, those rights apply.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. In nearly all cases we can resolve refund requests faster directly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may delay resolution and can lead to your account being suspended pending review.
