Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CalcHub (the “Service”), a web platform for building and embedding calculators on third-party websites. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

CalcHub is operated by Luka Hrachov, a sole trader registered in Ukraine (“we”, “us”, “CalcHub”). You can reach us at admincalchub@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and Merchant of Record

Paid plans are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”) acting as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, sales tax / VAT collection, refunds, and invoicing on our behalf. By purchasing a subscription you also agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected (monthly or annually) until cancelled.
• Prices are shown in your local currency where supported and may include applicable VAT or sales tax determined by Paddle.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Billing; paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
• We may change prices for new billing periods with at least 30 days’ advance notice via email.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Build or distribute calculators that promote illegal activity, hate, harassment, or fraud.
• Collect personal data from end-users without a lawful basis or required disclosures.
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service or other users’ accounts.
• Resell access to the Service or use it on behalf of unrelated third parties without our prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the calculators, copy, and lead data you create on CalcHub (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process Customer Content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload Customer Content and for complying with applicable data protection laws when collecting end-user information through your calculators.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may cause downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of scheduled maintenance in advance.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. On termination, we will delete your account data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, billing records held by Paddle).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts at our registered place of business, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or through the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
